Certified Business Process Professional®
A certificação profissional em BPM - CBPP® é um programa desenvolvido pelo Comitê de Educação da ABPMP Internacional.
O programa vai avaliar o conhecimento e experiência dos profissionais de BPM, baseando-se em rigoroso exame de conhecimentos técnicos e avaliação de seu histórico profissional e educacional.
O CBPP® é uma certificação profissional que visa garantir conhecimento suficiente em todas as áreas curriculares formais de BPM (BPM CBOK®), sendo:
